And again, I can’t really be upset about it after the drought we’ve been having.
We had a nice climb yesterday that was much harder on my arms than anything we’d done up until then, so I’m up for a break. I finally looked up the original dates of the two climbs we did, and one was 1957 and the other was 1964. That gives a whole other meaning to grades of “5+” and “6-“, since “7’s” didn’t exist back then.
So today, we wandered back to Innsbruck, visited a museum and ate Nepali food. It was a nice, sort of nothing day with no stress and no obligations. I’d like to be reading more, but at least I’m keeping up the blog!
