And other people die

My friend died a few days ago. I don’t think it was a COVID death, but people die anyway of other things. Apparently she had a cough but had been feeling better. She was a very young 70ish. I can’t believe she’s gone.

But when I write here, I need to make sure that every message is positive. That’s the world according to Foro, where we remember to be kind, and not to wallow. He’s my inspiration to lighten up, to take things less seriously.

But the world is in seriously bad shape at the moment, and it’s hard. So I’m going to a walk and going to take photos of the beautiful spring we’re having. I’m going to try not to dwell on it. I’m going to try to remember my friend as the vibrant, smart woman that she was, and try to come up to her ankle in generosity and kindness.
