Foro Walking

I just went on a four day hike with a friend, our annual hike. We had a very nice time, and the only bad thing is that my right foot was hurting, mostly 2 on a scale of 1 to 10, but I had about an hour at 7, which was memorable. (I have a physical therapy session this morning, so at least there’s a chance that in the future it won’t hurt so much!)

We had good weather and met nice people, and my friend and I enjoyed ourselves in nice landscapes.
